摘要
介绍了龙宇煤化工壳牌粉煤气化煤气变换装置的设计和装置的运行情况,对存在问题进行分析和改造,并对壳牌气化装置的煤气变换工艺进行探讨,得出只要解决好五个方面的问题,就能够确保催化剂不超温、不发生甲烷化副反应,保证装置安全平稳运行。
This article presented the design and operation of the shift unit of Shell gasification plant of Longyu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd, analyzed the existing problems and made relative modification, and discusses gas shift process of Shell gasification plant, thereby, drawing the conclusion that so long as the 5 problems are solved, the catalyst won＇t exceed designed temperature, and side-reaction of methanation won＇ t happen, ensuring safe and stable operation of the plant.
