摘要
针对目前所使用的电能分析仪器体积大、交流供电、价格高等问题,设计一种适合油田野外现场的使用要求,用电池供电的便携式低成本电能分析仪,提出并使用了抽油机的功率法平衡度计算、测量方法。使用电能芯片CS5463和主控芯片STC89C58RD+组成系统,对交流电流、电压的有效值、瞬时值、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数进行实时分析。采取低功耗设计和能量管理,实现了设计要求,满足了使用现场的需要。
Aimed at the problems of electric energy analyzer currently used such as large volume, alternating current supply, high price, etc. , a kind of new portable electric energy analyzer with battery supply and low cost was designed which could meet the requests of oil field. In this analyzer, power balance degree measurement of pumping unit was proposed and used. The electric energy chip CS5463 and the master control chip STC89C58RD + were used to build the system. The analyzer can analyze the alternating current, voltage virtual value, instantaneous value, active power, reactive power and power factor real-time. The experiments show that the design which has the advantages of low power consumption and energy management can meet the requests of fieldwork.
