摘要
运用分布参数法在频域内研究刚性约束化工管路的水击响应。在频域内建立阀后刚性管道系统的水击振动动力学传输方程;推导出管路系统的传输压力比幅值特征方程,获得不同边界条件下管路的水击振动响应规律;并从谐振管长、激振源阻抗和负载阻抗方面对管路的谐振与管路振动响应进行了分析,当负载阻抗和管路特征阻抗匹配时,其压力比幅值最小。
Using the distribution parameters method to study the water hammer vibration characteristics of rigid constraints on chemical piping system in frequency domain. Water-pipe vibration transmission dynamics equations of rigid system after valve were established. The characteristic equation on pressure amplitude ratio of the transmission pipeline system was derived and the water hammer vibration characteristics of piping system under different border conditions were obtained. The vibration resonant and response of the piping system were analyzed from resonance of the piping long, exciting source impedance and load impedance of the pipeline. The result shows that their pressure amplitude ratio is the smallest when the load impedance and line impedance matching characteristics.
