多溴联苯醚神经发育毒性的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on neurodevelopmental toxicity of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)

摘要 多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)是溴系阻燃剂的一种,广泛应用于工业生产中。近年来,环境与人体组织、血液、母乳中的PBDEs水平逐年增高。动物实验证实孕鼠暴露于PBDEs可以引起子代小鼠学习和记忆能力改变,PBDEs可以影响内分泌系统和产生氧化应激作用,进而影响神经系统的发育。本文基于相关研究资料探讨了PBDEs的神经发育毒性。 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are one kind of bromine flame retardants, which are extensively used in industrial productions. In recent years, levels of PBDEs in environment and human tissues, or blood and breast milk are increased year by year. The animal experiments showed that the learning and memory abilities of offsprings could be impaired when pregnant mice exposed to PBDEs. It was reported that PBDEs could affect the function of endocrine system and cause oxidative stress as well, consequently impaired the development of nervous system. In this paper, the neurodevelopmental toxicity of PBDEs was well reviewed based on the related study data.
