摘要
目的：比较研究假鹰爪属植物的挥发油化学成分。方法：采用有机溶剂提取假鹰爪属植物油状物，以气相色谱质谱（ＧＣＭＳ）联用技术对化学成分进行分离和鉴定。通过标准图谱对照确定化合物名称，经色谱峰面积归一化法测定其百分含量。结果：共分离出６０多个成分，鉴定了其中４８种化合物。结论：苯甲酸乙酯和苯甲酸苯甲酯在假鹰爪、大叶假鹰爪和云南假鹰爪中含量很高，而在毛叶假鹰爪中含量较低。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the oils from Desmos Lour. METHODS: The oils were extracted by EtOH. The components were separated and identified by GC/MS/DS. The total ion current showed their percentages by area normalization method. RESULTS: More than 60 components were separated by GC/MS, and 48 compounds were identified. CONCLUSION: Ethyl benzoate and phenylmethyl benzoate were the main components in the oils from D. chinensis, D. grandifolius and D. yunnanensis but less in that from D. dumosus.
