实体器官移植后人巨细胞病毒感染的预防性治疗

Prophylactic therapy of human cytomegalovirus infection following solid organ transplantation

摘要 人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染是实体器官移植后最常见的并发症之一,是导致移植物失功和移植受者发病甚至死亡的主要原因。为此,对移植受者进行必要的预防性抗病毒治疗是降低移植失败和提高移植受者生存率的关键所在,而普遍预防和抢先治疗是两种常见而有效的预防策略。 Human cytomegalovirus infection is one of the most common complications after organ transplantation, and also is a major cause of graft nonftmction and the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in solid organ transplant recipients. Therefore, the key point of decreasing transplant failure and increasing the survival rate of transplant recipients is the employment of antiviral prophylactic therapy. Two common and potent strategies are universal prophylaxis and pre-emptive therapy.
