神经纤维寻径及其化学机制 被引量:3

摘要 神经系统中神经元与神经元之间是怎样精确识别的呢?其机制涉及神经纤维的寻径(pathfinding)这一神经科学前沿问题。神经纤维寻径通常发生在胚胎和生后早期神经系统发育过程中,其意义在于确立远距离神经元与神经元之间的准确联系。许多研究揭示了神经纤维寻径的过程及其分子机制。神经纤维寻径的研究无疑是生命科学的热点问题,其研究方法涉及到形态学技术、分子生物学技术、电生理、神经系统网络计算机等;其研究内容体现了跨学科、跨专业的联合。对于神经纤维寻径的研究,国内开始引起广泛的关注,为了更好研究该课题,对其研究成果进行综述很有必要。
