摘要
采用经皮穿刺球囊成形术（PBMV）治疗风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄20例．左房平均压（kPa）2．83±1．09下降至1．38±0．51，舒张期跨瓣压力阶差（kPa）3．03±1．37下降至1．17±0．63，二尖瓣面积（cm2）1．04±0．28增大至1．94±0．39（P＜0．001）．近中期院诊无再狭窄发生，心功能持续改善，疗效满意．提示PBMV对风心病二尖瓣狭窄的老年患者是安全、确切有效的减症疗法．
Percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PMV) were performed in 12 elderly patients with rheumatic stenosis. The mean left atrial pressure lowered from 21. 27±8. 2 mmHg to 10. 40±3. 8 mmHg,transmitral gradient decreased from 22. 75±10. 30 mmHg to 7. 80±4. 70 mmHg,and mitral valve area increased from 1. 04±0.28 cm2 to 1. 94±0. 39 cm2(P<0.001). Symptorns and candiac functions were improved after one year follow-up. The results demonstrate that the PMV is safe,reliable and effective in the treatment of old patients with rheurnatic mitral stenosis.
