摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定了水产品中的三聚氰胺。色谱柱为SymmetryC18(5um,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为含有0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠和0.01mol/L柠檬酸的乙腈(1+4)水溶液,检测器为紫外检测器,检测波长240nm。线性范围为1~50ug/mL,相关系数为0.9998,最低检出限为0.24ug/mL,样品平均加标回收率为78.8%~96.1%,相对标准偏差为3.7%~6.4%。方法可用于水产品中三聚氰胺的测定。
A method for determining melamine in aquatic product by RP-HPLC was described. The dctermination was carried out on a symmetry C18 reversed-phase column (5 um, 4.6 mm × 250 mm) at room temperature. A 20% ( V/V) acetonitrile-water mobile phase containing 0.01 mol/L 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt and 0.01 mol/L citric acid with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min was adopted and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 1 - 50 ug/mL. The recoveries of 78.8 % - 96.1% by adding standard into samples were obtained, and the RSDs obtained for the within-run precision were 3.7 % - 6.4%. This method is simple, specific and accurate for monitoring concentration of melamine in aquatic product.
