摘要
以二氯甲烷/正己烷为提取溶剂,采用Hypersil ODS柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈/水(90∶10),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为226nm,高效液相色谱法测定沉积物中多溴联苯醚.该方法平均回收率为98.87%,RSD小于2%,能够满足分析需求。
A method for the determination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) in sediments by high performance liquid chromatograph has been developed.The sample was extracted with dichloromethane/n-hexane.An UV detector (226nm) and Hypersil ODS column(150×4.6mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile/water(90∶10),the flow rate was 1mL/min.The average recovery rate was 98.87%,the relative standard deviation was less than 2%,and the method can meet analytic needs.
