摘要
采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1mm×150mm,1.7μm),流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(68∶32∶0.01),流速为0.2mL·min-1,柱温40℃,检测波长为267nm,UPLC方法测定萝芙木中利血平的含量。利血平在0.0233—0.466μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率(n=6)为99.5%。该方法快速、准确、重复性好,为萝芙木的质量控制提供了一种快速准确的检测方法。
The amount of reserpine in rauvolfia plants was determined by UPLC with waters acquity UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1mm×150mm,1.7μm),methyl-water-triethylamine(68∶32∶0.01)as mobile phase,at flow rate of 0.2mL·min-1,and the column temperature of 40℃.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.0233—0.466μg with correlation coefficient of 0.9994.The average recovery of reserpine was 99.5%.The method is simple,and repeatable in determination reserpine in rauvolfia.
