荧光原位杂交法在检测和监测膀胱癌中的应用进展

摘要 膀胱癌的发生与其基因变异有关。荧光原位杂交法（FISH）检测的是染色体的改变，可以在临床病理发现前检查到癌变倾向。本文就荧光原位杂交法在检测和监测膀胱癌中的应用进展作一综述。
