Wendy Bazilian: Definitely. You don't have to drink it all out of a glass. You can eat your water. Fruits and vegetables are between seventy-five and ninety-seven, or more percent of water. And so simply, one little strategy, have a fruit or vegetable at every meal, and you're gonna get great water sources there. Your apples, your grapes, your spinach, they're mostly water, and so you're getting water and nutrition.
