摘要
分析了路面车辆从开始制动到停止的紧急制动全过程,将制动器、整车及路面组成的系统作为紧急制动过程分析的对象,建立了紧急制动过程各参数的动态换型和制动器热流密度模型,从而为制动器温度场分析提供了更合理的热流密度边界条件。
The dynamic process of emergency braking of vehicles is analyzed. Taking the brake, vehicle and roadsurface as a system, the models of dynamic parameters and heat flux in the proccss of emergency braking are estahlished, hence, this paper provides more reasonable heat flux boundary conditions for temperature field analysis.
