摘要
提出一种新的离心风机现代设计方法,它包含3部分内容:①以现有的工程设计为基础;②利用正在发展的技术来进行离心风机气动力优化设计局用现场性能试验进行考核。其中,关键和难点是三维粘性流场数值模拟。按此方法研制出多种样机,气动和噪声性能均有明显提高,证实这种方法是正确的。
An modern design method for centrifugal fans has been presented in the paper,which is composed of three parts: ①it is based on the existing engineering design ②an optimum aerodynamic design of centrifugal fans is conducted using modern deve1oping numerical simu1ation of 3-D viscous f1ow fie1d. ③it is examined by insite experiments of fan performance- It is noted that the numerical simulation of 3-D viscous flow field is a key and very difficu1t problem. According to this method several models of centrifugal fan have been manufactured and their in-site experiments have been completed- It is shown that their aerodynamic per formance and noise level are all improved considerably and that this new method is correct.
