三维五向管状编织物的几何建模及纤维体积百分含量预测

摘要 基于编织物的对称性,建立了简化单胞几何模型来描述三维五向圆型编织物的几何特性。通过对三维五向圆型编织物的结构单胞形态及单胞的分布方式进行研究,推导了单胞几何结构与编织工艺参数之间的理论公式,详细分析了各个参数之间的变化关系。并通过预测单胞的纤维体积百分含量,研究了编织工艺对该编织复合材料纱线体积百分含量的影响。 A simplified unit-cell model for describing 3D five-direction tubular braided composites geometrical character is built based on the braided composites symmetry.Their theoretical formulas between 3D five-direction tubular braided composites unit-cell's geometric character and its braiding process parameters are deduced through it's structure of unit-cell shape and distribution methods.The relationships among these parameters are analyzed in detail.According to predicting fiber volume percentage content,the changes of braided composites fiber volume content due to braided process are researched.
