摘要
Remorin蛋白是一个新发现的与质膜/脂筏相联的植物专一性蛋白家族.综述了remorin蛋白的发现过程、物种和组织分布以及结构与功能的最新研究成果.Remorin蛋白分布广,存在于苔藓植物、裸子植物及被子植物中.它被定位于顶端组织、维管组织和胚胎组织的细胞质膜上.它的C端含有一个保守的coiled-coil模体,而N端变化较大.单体remorin可以形成纤维,可能在细胞骨架和膜骨架中发挥作用.它的另一个重要功能是参与植物抗性与发育的信号传导途径.
Remorin is a novel protein belonging to plant- specific protein family associated with plasma membrane/lipid raft. The discovery process, the distribution in species and tissue and the latest research results of the structure and function of remorin were reviewed. Remorin protein is wide distribution in angiosperms, gymnosperms and bryophytes. Remorin was located on the cytoplasm membrane of apical tissues, vascular and embryonic tissues. The recent structural studies demonstrate that a conservative coiled - coil motif is contained in the C - terminal, while the hydrophobic N - terminal portions vary significantly. Remorin monomer can form filaments that may play roles in cytoskeleton and/or membrane skeleton. Another important function of remorin proteins is that they may participate in plant resistance and growth signals transduction pathways.
