摘要
为探讨黄山栾和栾树籽粒基本理化特性,采用国标方法,初步测定了郑州地区黄山栾果和栾树果的部分理化参数.结果表明:栾树籽粒的千粒重、容重、纯仁率、果荚出果率略大于黄山栾,粗灰分、含水量略小于黄山栾,二者比重相同,其干基粗脂肪含量为40.59%左右.而栾树籽粒略大于黄山栾果,其形状与色泽相差不大.实验对黄山栾壳色素提取溶剂、浓度、料液比及浸提温度、时间、pH值等最佳条件进行了研究,为栾树果的开发利用提供了理论依据和技术支撑.
In order to study the physical-chemical characteristics to the seed of Huangshan mountain Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm and Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm in Zhengzhou. The part of physical-chemical parameters had been determined by GB standard. The results indicated that the seed of Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm was slightly higher than Huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm in some aspects of the 1000-seedweight, bulk density, pure kernel yield and pod yield. But the crude ash and water content were a little lower than it, the specific gravity of the two were both the same, the crude fat on dry basis was about 40.59 %..The seed of Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm was slightly larger than Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm, but their sharp and color were nearly the same. Based on the research of the Optimum conditions about types of solvent,solid-liquid ratio, temperature, time and pH in extraction of Huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm shell pigment, it provided theoretical basis and technical support for the development and utilization of the seeds of Huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm.
