摘要
以轴承钢为例对高强度钢的疲劳裂纹开裂和门槛值进行了仔细研究，提出了该类材料门槛值的理论计算公式，考虑了如应力比、应力集中、曲率半径等影响脆性开裂的主要因素，并给出了实验验证，两者非常吻合。
Taking bearing steel as example, the fatigue cracking and its threshold value of high strength steel are studied in detail, This paper presents the formula for the oretical calcuting the threshold value of this kind of material. The main factors effecting little cracking such as stress ratio, stress concentration, radius of curvature are considered. Eexperimental verification has been made. The two are accorded very well.
