摘要
目的:观察不同黄芪剂量补阳还五汤治疗大鼠慢性难愈性创面的疗效,探讨黄芪剂量对补阳还五汤疗效的影响。方法:在53只雄性SD大鼠背部制造全层皮肤缺损开放性创面,除正常对照组外,大鼠肌肉注射醋酸氢化可的松建立难愈性创面模型,随机分为模型组,黄芪15g、30g、60g、120g补阳还五汤组(以下简称黄芪15g、30g、60g、120g组),观察各组大鼠创面愈合率、愈合时间。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较,创面愈合率低,愈合时间延长(P<0.01,P<0.05);不同黄芪剂量补阳还五汤各组与模型组比较,创面愈合率显著提高,愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.01,P<0.05),与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);黄芪120g组创面愈合率高于黄芪15g组(P<0.01,P<0.05),愈合时间短于后者(P<0.05),与黄芪30g、60g组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同黄芪剂量补阳还五汤均可明显促进慢性难愈性创面的修复愈合,以黄芪30、60、120g的补阳还五汤的疗效更佳。
Objective： To observe the effect of the Buyanghuanwu decoction with different dosage of astragalus membranaceas on chronic skin ulcers of rats and explore the role of astragalus membranaceas in the Buyanghuanwu decoction. Methods：A total of 53 male SD rats with back full-thickness skirt lesion were used. Except for the normal control group,the rats were injected with hydrocortisone to induce chronic skin ulcers and then were randomized into untreated group and the Buyanghuanwu decoction groups with 15g, 30g ,60g, and 120g astragalus membranaceas, respectively. The rate and the time of would healing were observed. Results： The rate of wound healing was significantly lower and the time was prolonged in the untreated group as compared with the normal control group（ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ）. the healing rate and time in all the Buyanghuanwu decoction groups were improved as compared to the untreated group （ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ） ,and no difference was noted between the Buyanghuanwu groups and the normal group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the Buyanghuanwu group with 120g dosage of astragalus membranaeeas, the rate of healing was higher and the time was shorter as compared to that in the 15g group（ P 〈0. 01 and P 〈0.05） ,but these difference was not found between the 120g group and 30g and 60g groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： All the Buyanghuanwu decoctions with 15g,30g ,60g, and 120g dosages of astragalus membranaceas have the effect of promoting the wound healing for chronic skin ulcers, especially with 30g, 60g, and 120g astragalus membranaceas.
