摘要
本文论述了高等职业教育人才培养模式的理论基础。首先,界定了人才培养模式的基本概念;其次,剖析了人才培养的目标、体制和过程模式的基本内容;然后在分析国内外高等职业教育人才培养模式的基础上,归纳其类型和特点,并进行了分析比较。
The thesis comprehensively states tile theory basis of the talent-training model for higher vocational education. Firstly, it defines the basic concept of the talent-training model; secondly, it analyzes the target, the system, and the basic content of talent cultivation; thirdly, the thesis concludes its type and characteristics, and makes a comparative analysis on the basis of talent-training models at home and abroad.
