摘要 在视觉检测系统中,要对光源照明系统进行合理设计,突出被测目标的特征部分,尽量简化图像处理的算法,提高测量精度。因此,一般采用人工光源,消除环境的影响以得到稳定的图像。其中,LED灯因其体积小、功耗低、发光稳定、成本低等优点而被广泛使用。除了考虑光源本身的影响外,光源的照射方式以及放置位置也是非常关键的因素,应根据被测物体的材质选择直射光照射或散射光照射,并按照检测要求确定光源放置的位置。最后通过两个实例加以分析论证,进一步说明了设计合理光源照明系统的重要性。 At visual inspection system, the illumination system should be reasonably designed to highlight the characteristics of the measured part of the goal, simplify image processing algorithms, and improve measurement accuracy. Therefore, the artificial light source is generally used to ehminate the environmental impact and obtain stable images. As one of those, LED light has been widely used because of its small size, low power consumption, light - emitting stable and low cost. In addition to considering the impact of the light source itself, the source of exposure and the placement are very crucial factors. So we should select the exposure of direct or scatter light on base of the selection of measured objects' materials, and determine the location of light source placement in accordance with the testing requirements. Finally, the analyses and'demonstrations of two examples are further to note the importance of the light source illumination system.
