摘要
建立了气相色谱法同时测定花生中12种有机磷农药残留量的方法。花生中有机磷农药残留通过乙腈提取,经液-液分配后有机相浓缩以丙酮定容,应用氮磷检测器(NPD)检测。除敌百虫和杀扑磷的检测限分别为20、50μg/kg以外,其余10种有机磷农药检测限均为10μg/kg。加标回收率为68.70%-108.45%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.05%-19.10%(n=5)。该法与单独测定这12种有机磷农药的加标回收率和相对标准偏差基本符合。
12 organophosphorus pesticide residues in peanut were simultaneously determined by gas chromatograph.Organophosphorus residues were extracted from sample with acetonitrile.Trough liquid-liquid distribution,the organic phase was evaporated just to dryness.Being diluted to desired volume with acetone,the residues were analyzed by gas chromatograph with nitrogen and phosphorus detector.The detection limits of trichlorfon and methidathion were 20,50 μg/kg respectively,and the detection limits of other 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide were 10 μg/kg. The recoveries were 68.70% - 108.45% , and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 3.05% - 19.10% ( n = 5 ). The recoveries and relative standard deviations were in line with the determination of 12 kinds of organophosphoms pesticide by oneself.
