摘要
运用文献资料法与问卷调查法,对安徽省高等医学院校大学生参加课外体育活动情况展开全面调查,系统分析了高等医学院校大学生课余体育行为的现状,并结合医学院校办学特色,探讨了大学生参加课外体育活动的特征与规律,为高等医学院校的体育教学改革和课余体育指导提供参考。
Through the method of documentary and questionnaire, this paper makes comprehensive investigation on extracurricular physical activity of college student of medical universities in Anhui province. Combining the characteristics of medical universities, it analyses the present condition, characteristics and regulation of extracurricular physical activity of college student of medical universities and provides reference guide for the reform of physical education and after - school sports.
