摘要
徐家围子油田共建36口油井、9口水井。36口油井分布在油田的中块、北块、东块。中块有24口油井,建一座集油站,两座集油阀组间,采用井口电加热单管环形集油、混输泵保端点井的流程;北块有6口油井,仍然采用中块的集油流程,但在集油阀组间建一座30m3高架罐集油,采用油罐车拉油;东块有6口零散油井,采用拖拉机的动力带动螺杆泵采油,拖拉机拉油的集油形式。集油站采用了新型、高效的多功能组合装置,该装置具有油气分离、沉降、加热、电脱水、缓冲等功能,油井产出物只经这一装置处理就能产出合格原油。采用上述新工艺、新设备后较大幅度地降低了建设投资,提高了经济效益。
There are all together 36 oil wells and 9 injection wells constructed in Xujiaweizi oilfield. There are 24 oil wells in the middle plot constructed 1 oil collecting station and 2 oil collecting manifold rooms, adopting well head electric heating single-pipe ciruclar oil gathering and using mix-transportation pump to ensure the terminal wells. There are 6 oil wells in the south plot, adopting the middle plot process flow but constructed a 30 m high racking oil tank at the oil collecting manifold room so that for transport oil by car. There are 6 Scattered oil wells in the east plot, oil production is adopting screw pump driven by tractor and tranport oil tank driven by tractor. In oil collecting station, a new type, high efficiency multifunction comhination device which has oil-gas separation, settling, heating, dehydration and cushioning effect etc has been adopted. Oil well producer only through this device then qualified crude can be produced.
