摘要
目的探讨16层螺旋CT成像重建技术在诊断尿路梗阻中的价值。方法对100例尿路梗阻患者行螺旋CT平扫及多期增强扫描,将数据传至工作站,采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)和容积再现(VR)等后处理技术,重建输尿管立体影像。结果100例中,38例行CTU检查,其中输尿管结石69例,先天输尿管性狭窄8例,炎性狭窄3例,重复肾输尿管畸形5例,输尿管癌2例,膀胱癌4例,输尿管结核2例,输尿管囊肿2例,卵巢囊肿1例,卵巢癌1例,子宫癌1例,直肠癌1例,剖宫产术后输尿管瘘1例。67例手术证实,33例经临床证实。结论MSCT有扫描速度快,覆盖范围广,重建图像清晰等优点,能很好地评价输尿管结石、肿瘤和其他尿路梗阻性疾病,有望取代传统IVU。
Objective To explore the value of 16-slice spiral computed tomography in diagnosing the reason of urinary tract obstruction. Methods 100 patients with urinary tract obstruction were given examination of unenhanced and enhanced CT, and the data were sent to ADW4.3 Workstation, then MIP, MPR and CPR were performed. Results Among 100 patients, 69 cases were with calculi,8 cases were with congenital stenos of ureter, 2 cases were with ureteral tuberculosis, 2 case were ureterocele, 1 case was with ovarian cyst, 1 case was with Ovarian Carcinoma, 1 case was with metrocarcinoma,1 case was with rectal carcinoma, 1 case was with ureteraI fistula. Conclusion MSCT has the character of fast scanning, large coverage area and clear images. It can evaluate stone, tumor and other disease of urinary tract obstruction well,and therefore it will replace conventional IVU.
