摘要
以拟南芥为材料,采用单一酶提取系统检测UV辐射处理的拟南芥叶片中4种抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶,superoxide dismutase,SOD;过氧化氢酶,catalase,CAT;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶,ascorbate peroxidase,APX和谷胱甘肽还原酶,glutathione reductase,GR)活性和叶片相对电导率及H2O2含量的变化.结果显示,除CAT外其余3种酶的活性随着UV处理时间的延长显著降低,同时叶片相对电导率和H2O2含量显著升高.实验结果表明,UV辐射降低了胞内活性氧的清除能力,导致膜系统受到伤害.
With the single extraction system, activities of four antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, APX and GR) were assayed. Except CAT, the activity of the other three enzymes significantly decreased to UV treatment. The H2O2 content and the relative conductance rate obviously enhanced in the leaves after UV treated. The results indicated that UV-induced decrease of elimination ability of reactive oxide species affected the permeability of Arabidopsis thaliana plant cell membrane system
