摘要
法律语篇是一种特殊的语篇,对法律语言从语用学的角度进行分析的著述并不多。故此,文章将法律语篇中体现出的一些特点与语用学的相关理论相结合进行分析。亲和度的研究涉及到会话原则中的关联准则,关联理论中的关联期待的满足体现着亲和度的多少。法律语言这一特殊语篇,加上文中举出的相关语类,使亲和关系与关联期待的关系具有与众不同的特点。最后,文章从功能的角度对动态关联加以分析。
As a special discourse, legal discourse has been occasionally analyzed from pragmatic point of view, so there are not many documents on that topic. Based on this, this paper endeavors to combine some relative pragmatic theories with the prominent features of legal discourse. The paper draws on one particular rule of pragmatics： Grice＇s Co-operative Principle （CP）. One of four maxims of the CP is the maxims of relevance, which can be applied to the study of solidarity featured in the legal discourse. The expectation of relevance has much influence on the degree of solidarity. The relationship between solidarity and the expectation of relevance is given typical points by the studies of legal discourse together with related genre. In the ending endeavor, dynamic relevance is examined from the functional perspective.
