摘要
作为一种政策分析工具,需求弹性分析能够准确地模拟水价和收入的变动对需求量的影响。引入需求弹性作为分析工具,以温州市为研究对象,计算了温州城镇居民水需求的价格弹性与收入弹性,并与发达国家的城镇居民水需求弹性水平进行了比较。结果表明:在经济高速发展的温州,仅利用水价的调整来引导水资源的合理利用有一定的局限性,需要更多的政策来支持水资源的有效利用,进一步提出温州水资源合理利用的政策建议。
As a tool for policy analysis, the elasticity of demand analysis can accurately simulate the changes in income and the price of water on demand. In the article, the authors calculate the water elasticity of income and price of urban residents in Wenzhou, and compare the parameter with that of the developed countries. The results show that： the adjustment of the price of water use to guide the rational use of water resources has some limitations. More policies are needed to make sure the use of water resources is more efficient, and we recommend some suggestions are recommended in the end.
