摘要
结合虚拟样机技术和有限元分析技术,使用UG建立辣椒钵苗移栽机构的虚拟样机,运用ADAMS对钵苗移栽机构进行了多体动力学仿真,得到各组凸轮和杠杆碰撞时所承受的动态载荷,从所受载荷中找出最大值;使用ANSYS软件,将载荷施加在凸轮的有限元模型上,计算了凸轮的最大应力,确定了凸轮受力的危险部位,为凸轮的优化设计提供参考。
Combining VPT with FEA, this paper builds a virtual prototype of transplanter mechanism of a chilli block seedling by UG. Based on the virtual prototype, ADAMS is used to do a kinematics and dynamic simulation to get dynamic loads on the colliding of cam and lever. At last, through the interface between ANSYS and ADAMS, the peak loads are applied on the FEA model of cam. The paper accomplishes the finite element analysis for the cam and finds its dangerous parts to offer references for cam design.
