摘要 在腐蚀性多相流管束冲蚀机理研究基础上,提出反应流出物空冷器管束冲蚀破坏预测的CFD数值模拟方法。通过建立多相流体动力分析的物理模型、控制方程及求解格式,结合壁面相态分布规律及边界层流动综合分析方法,获得管束冲蚀破坏的流体动力学参数分布,从而判断易发生冲蚀破坏的位置和发展趋势。数值算例与实际失效管束解剖研究结果对比表明,该方法能有效地模拟腐蚀性多相流介质的冲蚀破坏行为,并可为在役工业管道的冲蚀破坏预测提供数据支撑。 CFD simulation method to forecast REAC pipeline erosion breakage is offered based on research of erosion mechanism of corrosive multiphase flow pipeline systems. The mathematics model to analyze the flow dynamic of multiphase flow fluid, the control equation and the form of solution are established. The distribution of fluid dynamic parameters impacting the erosion breakage of pipeline are obtained combining the synthesis method analyzing the phase distribution and boundary laminar flow. The location and developing trend of erosion-corrosion are judged. The numerical examples and anatomizing of failure cases are analyzed contrast. It is found that the erosion breakage action for the multiphase flow medium will be simulated effectively by the method above, and the theoretical basis can be found for the erosion failure prediction of industrial pipeline in service.
