摘要
肺隐球菌病是由新型隐球菌感染所引起的慢性或急性深部真菌病,隐球菌进入肺部常为感染的第一步,其后可能出现全身播散,尤其可引起隐球菌脑膜炎。近年来无论在免疫力低下或免疫力正常的个体中,肺隐球菌病的报道都逐年增多,现将近年来有关肺隐球菌的诊治进展做一综述。
Pulmonary cryptococcosis is acute or chronic deep fungal infection by Cryptococcus neoformans that generally gains access to the host by inhalation and that the respiratory system is the usual portal of entry, then may be disseminated systemic especially cryptococcal meningitis. In recent years, reports of pulmonary cryptococcosis are increasing both in immunocompetent and immunocompromised individuals, therapy of pulmonary cryptococcosis has made considerable progress, In this paper, we report advances in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary cryptococcosis.
