摘要
目的探讨应用计算机系统辅助管理社区高血压的效果。方法使用社区高血压计算机系统对267例高血压患者进行辅助管理,收集患者的基本信息、诊疗管理信息和费用信息并进行分析。结果267例高血压患者管理前后的血压控制程度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不服药、嗜烟酒、摄盐过高、活动过少的改善率分别为15/18、7/15、54.8%、57.3%;使用计算机系统的记录统计功能为财务分析提供了方便。结论应用计算机系统辅助管理社区高血压增强了科学管理能力,提高了工作效率,规范了社区高血压管理并提高了医疗质量;充分利用计算机管理系统这一重要资源,能够获得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective To probe into community hypertension management supported by computer system. Methods Community hypertension computer system was used to manage 267 hypertensive patients. The basic health information and that of treatments and their costs were collected and analyzed. Results The control rate of hypertension increased after using computer system, BP 〈 18.7/11/9kPa. Improvement rate of medication refusal, addiction of tobacco and alcohol, too much salt and lack of movement were 15/18, 7/15, 54. 84% , 57.33%. Use of statistical function of the computer system provided a convenient way for financial analysis. Conclusion Application of computer system to support community hypertension management enhances the ability of scientific management, inereases work efficiency and medical treatment quality and standardizes community hypertension management. Taking full advantage of computer management system makes good social and economic benefits.
