摘要
独立学院是按新机制、新模式与社会力量合作举办的本科层次的二级学院。当前,独立学院正处于政策转型的重要时刻,面临新机遇、新挑战,培养什么样的人以及如何培养人是独立学院必须解决的首要问题。本文从思想教育主、客体和思想教育的方法、载体和环境着手,针对独立学院大学生的群体特征,探讨加强独立学院大学生思想教育的途径。
The independent school is a new form of undergraduate education stemmed from the current university cooperating with independent social institutions. Nowadays, the independent school has stepped into the vital stage of policy reform, and it is also the critical timing of reshuffling and brand building for the independent school. With the new challenge and opportunity, what talents should be cultivated and how to educate is of primary concern of the independent school leaders. The paper begins with the moral education, based on the special features of independent school students, and advances methods to strengthen undergraduate moral education of the independent school.
