摘要
为了及时地在苹果蠹蛾Cydia pomonella(L.)入侵地实施有效的防控策略,系统调查和分析了甘肃酒泉梨园苹果蠹蛾卵的发生、分布规律和空间分布格局。结果显示,苹果蠹蛾成虫1年发生2代,第1代和第2代卵高峰期分别出现在5月21日和7月11日前后,空间上分别呈均匀分布和聚集分布。雌蛾对梨树叶片和果实具有产卵选择性差异,在第1代卵高峰期,幼果上的着卵量占51.6%,显著高于叶片上的卵量(P<0.05),而在第2代卵高峰期,叶片上的着卵量占58.1%,极显著高于果实上的卵量(P<0.01);叶片上的卵主要分布于叶背面。苹果蠹蛾对梨树空间层次的产卵选择在第1代和第2代成虫产卵高峰期均表现为:中层>上层>下层。在第1代卵空间格局的基础上,采用Iwao方法确定了苹果蠹蛾卵量调查的最适抽样数和序贯抽样表。
In order to effectively and timely carry out measures for control of codling moth, Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Olethreutidae) in invaded area and habitats, the occurrence dynamics, spatial pattern, distribution and sampling technique of codling moth eggs were investigated and analysed in the pear orchard in 2008. The results indicated that codling moth produced two generations eggs each year. The peaks of the 1^st and the 2^nd generations of eggs occurred around on May 21 and July 11 respectively, and followed a uniform distribution pattern and an aggregated distribution respectively. There exists selective differences in eggs codling moth laid on pear leaves and fruits. The amount of eggs on the fruits were significantly more than that on the leaves at the peak of the 1 st generation eggs, and extremely significantly more than that on the fruits at the 2^nd generation eggs. Eggs on leaves mainly distributes on blade back. The codling moths prefer to oviposit in the middle of the crown of pear tree, followed by upper, and lower. In addition, based on spatial pattern of the 1^st generation eggs, the optimal sampling number and sequential sampling table were calculated by Iwao' s method.
