消费者绿色消费行为形成机理分析——基于群体压力和环境认知的视角 被引量:68

摘要 随着资源和环境压力的增大,绿色消费在全社会消费中的比例日益上升。消费者绿色消费行为的形成受到多种因素的影响,其中群体压力能够增强消费者的环保意识,从而促成绿色消费行为的产生。同时,消费者的环境知识也能够有效地提升对产品和服务感知绿色价值的认知,并间接影响绿色消费行为。因此加大对全社会绿色意识的培育,丰富消费者环境知识是确保形成绿色消费行为的重要前提。
