摘要
DNA甲基化是目前肿瘤领域研究中研究最多的表现遗传学机制之一。特殊基因的DNA异常甲基化对于卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗、预后及肿瘤耐药性都有重要影响。随着DNA甲基化检测水平的提高,DNA甲基化的检测可望成为卵巢肿瘤早期诊断、病情进展、患病风险评估及预后评估的重要的分子生物学诊断方法。
DNA methylation is one of the most widely studied epigenetic events in tumor research. Abnormal methylation of specific genes plays an important role in the development and progression of ovarian carcinoma, and some gene methylation models may lead to the chemoresistance of tumors. DNA methylation may be used in the early diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma and as an independent prognostic marker directing ovarian carcinoma therapy. DNA methylation detection methods have been greatly improved in the recent years.
