摘要
盘式刹车盘的主要失效形式是侧面磨损和龟裂,可以用堆焊的方法修复。选用CO2气体保护焊机,设计特殊的工装,制定针对35CrMo钢的焊接工艺,使修复部位的强度达到原有要求,节约了90%的更换费用。
The main failure of braking disc was side attrition and chapping, the built-up overlay welding might be used. The CO2 gas protection welding machine was used to do that, the special working tools were designed, 35CrMo steel welding process was designed. Thus the overlaid portion strength meets the previous requirements, 90% renewal cost was saved.
