摘要
采用钢筋腐蚀电流密度值来定性表征混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀速率,研究了水灰比、保护层厚度、钢筋周围氯离子浓度和矿物掺和料用量对海工混凝土中钢筋腐蚀电流密度的影响,并对普通条件下的钢筋腐蚀电流密度预测模型进行了修正,建立了海工混凝土钢筋腐蚀电流密度的预测模型.经验证发现,该预测模型有较好的预测效果,与实测值偏差均在±15%以内.
Steel corrosion rate in concrete structure is determined through corrosion current density. Also, the influence of water-cement ratio, layer thickness, chloride concentration and mineral admixtures dosage on the corrosion current density was investigated. Based on the forecast model of corrosion current density at common condition the modified model in marine condition is proposed. Through experiments and site verification the forecast model is veracious with the error within ±15%.
