外科杂交手术治疗近弓部的主动脉疾病 被引量：2

摘要 胸主动脉常见疾病包括胸主动脉瘤（thoracic aortic aneurysm，TAA）和胸主动脉夹层（thoracic aortic dissection，TAD），严重危害人群健康。外科杂交手术将传统的外科手术和现代腔内技术相结合，充分发挥二者各自优点，是目前治疗主动脉弓附近的胸主动脉疾病的理想术式。2002年6月至2007年9月，我们对32例主动脉弓上分支附近的胸主动脉病变进行了外科杂交手术治疗，现总结报告如下。
