摘要
目的研究掌跖脓疱病(pustulosis palmaris et plantaris,PPP)、寻常型银屑病(psoriasis vulgaris,PV)、泛发性脓疱型银屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)、连续性肢端皮炎(acrodermatitis continua,AC)患者的外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMC)对白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)或链球菌粉干制剂OK-432的增殖反应,探讨几种疾病的关系。方法分离提取PPP、GPP、PV、AC及健康患者PBMC,分别加入IL-2或OK-432,第6天MTT法检测细胞增殖活力并测定DNA含量。结果PPP、GPP、PV、AC患者与健康对照组的PBMC对IL-2的增殖反应相比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而GPP、PV、AC患者的PBMC对OK-432呈低增殖反应,与健康对照组或PPP组有统计学差异(P<0.01)。PPP患者的PBMC对OK-432呈高增殖反应,与健康对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论PPP和健康对照组对OK-432的反应相似,而与其它几种疾病反应不同,提示PPP与其它几种疾病可能存在不同的发病背景。
Objective To find the different responses of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to interleukin-2 (IL-2) or OK-432 among pustulosis palmaris et plantaris ( PPP), psoriasis vulgaris ( PV ), generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) and acrodermatitis continua (AC) in vitro and to explore the relationships among the diseases above. Methods PBMC were obtained from these patients and healthy controls, then IL-2 or OK-432 was added in them and the proliferation activity and DNA content were assayed at the sixth day. Results When the PBMC were stimulated with IL-2, no significant difference was found in proliferation responses between patients with PPP, PV, GPP, AC and healthy controls. However, PBMC from PV, GPP, and AC patients showed significant smaller responses to OK-432 than those from the healthy controls and PPP. Conclusion The different responses to OK-432 between PPP and PV, GPP, AC suggest that PPP has a different pathogenetic background from that underlying PV, GPP, and AC.
