摘要
目的通过分析标本不同保存时间对葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性的影响,探讨G6PD缺乏症合适的标本储存时间,保证实验检测的准确性。方法免疫荧光法测定G6PD值,测定放置不同时间段的G6PD酶活性,对干血片标本在不同的时间内筛查数据结果进行比较,选择合适的存放时间及条件。结果标本放置4℃冰箱9d内检测G6PD活性差异无显著性(P>0.05),而9d后G6PD活性明显下降(P<0.05)。结论G6PD活性测定时,干血片标本制备放置4℃冰箱保存后建议在9d内完成检测。
Objective To study the influence of sample preserving time on the activity of G6PD in dried blood spot specimens. Methods The G6PD activity in dried blood spot specimens on filter paper were determined by fluorometric assay. Results The G6PD activity of blood preserved at 4℃ did not show significant change with 7 days at 4℃ （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05） after 7 days. Conclusion G6PD activity should be determined within 7 days in dried blood spot specimens 4℃.
