摘要
目的了解临床护士对生活护理的认知现状及其影响因素，为采取有效的措施推动落实生活护理提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对符合入选标准的954名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士对生活护理的认知水平得分最低的条目依次是：生活护理是护理专业价值的体现；生活护理的好坏能反映护士的伦理道德观；生活护理是护士的工作职责；生活护理需要运用护理专业的知识和技能。调查对象中89.9％对临床护士在生活护理中角色认知不全面，对于生活护理的执行者，54.2％认为是家属，14.7％认为是护工，14.1％认为是护工及家属。不同年龄、职称、学历及工龄的护士对生活护理的认知水平比较，差异显著，影响临床护士生活护理认知水平的因素依次是：是否愿意从事临床护理工作、工龄及对目前的护理工作是否满意。结论临床护士对生活护理的认知水平存在很多误区，影响临床护士对生活护理认知现状的因素是多方面的。加强临床护士对生活护理的认知教育及正确引导已成为当务之急。
Objectives To identify the clinical nurses＇ recognition level and influence factors on basic life care, to provide evidence of taking effective methods to carry out basic life care. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to select 954 clinical nurses. A set of questionnaires was used to collect the data on recognition level and influence factors. Results The items of lowest score on clinical nurses＇ recognition were： basic life care can reflect the value of the nursing profession; the quality of basic life care can reflect the ethics of nurses; basic life care was one of the nurses＇ work duties; nurses need to use the knowledge and skills to complete basic life care. 89.9% nurses didn＇t completely understand their role in the basic life care. 54.2% nurses thought the executants of basic life care should be patients＇ family members, 14.7% nurses thought it should be health assistants and 14.1% nurses thought it should be family members and health assistants. Nurse＇s age, professional degree, academic degree and work experience led to different recognition level. The influence factors of clinical nurses＇ recognition on basic life care were that whether or not willing to engage in clinical care, work experience and satisfaction degree with current work. Condusions There is big misunderstanding of the recognition of basic life care for clinical nurses, factors affecting clinical nurses＇ recognition on basic life care are multiple. The education and guidance program on clinical nurses＇ recognition of basic life care should be carried out immediately.
