摘要
目的观察康复新液治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法将经内镜确诊的126例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者。随机分为对照组及试验组,治疗8周后评估症状改善程度,并复查胃镜,试验组与对照组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论康复新液可改善CEG患者的临床症状,能促进胃黏膜糜烂面的愈合,减轻炎症反应,是一种有效的胃黏膜修复剂。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of kangfuxinye in Chronic erosive gastritis （CEG）. Methods 126 patients of CEG confirmed by endoscope were divided into treatment group or control group randomly, reevaluate the improvement degree of the symptoms after treatment of 8 weeks, the results has significant difference in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion kangfuxinye can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with CEG, accelerate the healing of the erosive membrane of the gastric mueosa and attenuate the imflammation. It is an effective agent for gastric mucosa repairing.
