牙周膜牵引成骨移动牙压力侧的组织学研究

摘要 目的了解犬牙周膜牵引成骨实验中移动牙压力侧牙周组织的改建。方法犬六只,每只犬下颌左右两侧随机设为实验侧和对照侧,对照侧用传统方法以第三前磨牙为支抗牙移动第二尖牙,实验侧自制牵引装置对移动牙实施牵引。实验结束时取移动牙牙周组织进行HE染色。结果实验组压力侧牙周组织主要表现为组织的水肿和细胞的空泡样变性,透明样变区域少见;对照组主要变现为透明样变。结论实验组较对照组透明样变区域少且消失早。 Objective To study The histological change of the moved-tooth in the pressure side though distraction osteogenesis of the periodontal ligament. Method The bilateral mandible of six dogs were randomly divided into experimental side or control side. On the control side, the second canine was moved by conventional method with the third premorlar as archor, on the experimental side, the second canine was moved by selfmade distractor. After experiment, the histological change of PDL was observed with HE trichrome stain. Resuits PDL on the pressure side narrowed, litter hyalinization zone was saw in experimental side than in conventional side. Conclusions Hyalinization zone in experimental side was little and disappeared early compared with conventional side.
