摘要
沥青的耐久性是影响沥青路面使用质量和寿命的重要因素。采用薄膜烘箱老化试验和SHRP指标评价老化过程对2种塔河沥青路用性能的影响。利用热重-差热分析-质谱联用技术研究塔河沥青在升温过程的分解与热性质,分析塔河沥青的老化机理。结果表明,老化过程中对调和工艺生产的塔河技改沥青产生较明显的影响。塔河技改沥青老化后各指标均满足现行规范90号A级的技术要求,具有良好的抗老化性能。热质联用试验结果表明,塔河沥青在闪点温度左右开始有质量损失,在沥青的使用温度范围内时沥青的老化是小分子成分的挥发与氧化作用。
The Aging-resistance ability of the asphalt is the important factor to the life and quality of asphalt pavement. Through the thin film oven test on two Tahe asphalt, the influence of aging on road performance of Tahe asphalt is analyzed. The SHRP index is used to evaluate the influence of aging on Tahe asphalt. With the combined TG-DSC-MS technology, the volatilization and thermal decomposition course of Tahe asphalt is researched. The test results show that Tahe asphalt has good aging resistance and fatigue abilities. It shows that there is obvious trend of weight loss in TG from 240 ℃. In the performing temperature range, the aging of Tahe asphalt is a process that it is the volatilization and oxidation of light components.
