介绍了废旧电池对环境及人体健康的危害、回收利用的必要性、国内外回收处理现状,并提出相应的对策和建议,对建立完善的废旧电池回收体系进行了简述。
The harm to environment and human ＇ health, necessary of recycle, treatment status at home and abroad of waste battery were introduced, and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. It was simply expounded to establish a perfect waste battery recycle system.
