摘要
我国农村法治进程是以政府推进为主导进行的,这种强势使得法治进程中政府的权威不断深入农村,使农村中权威结构发生变化。在农村法治进程中又需要充分考虑乡土社会资源的存在和利用,它对法治进程具有思维方式和观念上的影响。随着市场经济的深入,农村经济的发展,在农村法治进程中,调解面临着机遇和挑战。农村法治进程的推进将从权威和法两方面给调解以深刻的影响。
