摘要
高校的学生管理工作随着社会的发展其内容已经发生了很大的变化,因而传统的管理理念也跟不上形式的发展;现代的管理理念指导我们要从"以人为本"的高度,加强从内涵建设上助推高校学生工作的发展。
With the development of society,the content of colleges and universities management have changed a lot,so the traditional administration idea also cannot keep abreast with development as a result;complying with the angle of ＂people-oriented＂,modern administration ideas guides us to built development of boosting colleges and universities student job from connotation.
