摘要
在已有背负式穗茎兼收型玉米联合收获机的基础上,增加青贮饲草打捆单元,组成玉米摘穗及茎秆青贮打捆联合作业机,可一次完成玉米收获、茎秆揉切、饲草收集打捆以及根茬破碎等多道工序,以满足秸秆回收青贮的需要。打捆单元与玉米收获机采用组合式联接方式,可以根据需要装配或拆卸,以提高机器的利用率。捆绳和饲草喂入分别由两个电磁离合器控制,整机只需一人操作。秸秆切碎等关键部件的工作参数可以调整,能够适应玉米秸秆青贮工艺的具体要求。
According to the needs of corn stalks recovery and silage, a corn stalks silage baling unit was designed and added to the corn stalk and head combine harvesters. This combined machine could complete operations such as corn har- vest, stalk rolling- cutting, forage recovery baling, stubble breaking and etc. In order to improve the machine's utilization ratio, the baling unit and corn harvester could be assembled and removed by means of combined connection. The rope whipping and forage feeding movements were controlled by two electromagnetic clutchs, the complete appliance be opera- ted by only one man. To adapt the specific needs of corn stalk silage technology, the working parameters of key parts could be adjusted.
